The latest Sheer Cold song. This is the first track with new guitarist Daniel Fabrizio, formerly the guitarist from So This Is Suffering. This is a new direction and the start of a new era for this band. Instrumentally this song is influenced by a wide-range of metal bands, from Death to Between The Buried & Me. The lyrics and theme of this song is inspired by Runescape. - More specifically a section of the Heroe's quest where you are tasked with descending a mountain and defeating the "Ice Queen" for her gloves, so that you can pluck the feather of a burning phoenix in an island full of pacifist monks.
